Dine in style at Park Hyatt Toronto Yorkville. Enjoy gourmet, international cuisine at our award-winning Annona restaurant. Named for the Roman goddess of harvest, this 65-seat restaurant offers an intimate setting with warm decor, plush banquettes, a secluded bar, and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows facing the streets of fashionable Yorkville.

Annona offers local, seasonal offerings and traditional favorites created by award-winning Executive Chef Joan Monfaredi.

This season, we are thrilled to bring back Sunday Supper, an exclusive menu featuring a three-course prixe fix dinner, served family-style for the table.

Executive Chef Joan Monfaredi was recognized as “Chef Of The Year 2013” for her outstanding culinary contributions to Hyatt Hotels North America. With over 28 years of culinary experience, she has cooked alongside chefs such as Bobby Flay, Gary Danko and Eric Ripert, and has been featured by the local and international media.

In the midst of her hectic schedule, she carves out time to mentor young talent in her interactions with culinary students at George Brown College and is on the advisory board at Humber. Feeding palettes and young minds are as important to her as it is to give back to the community. For the past 18 years she has remained committed to Eat To The Beat, a fundraising initiative that supports those affected by Breast Cancer.
